Storage Technologies and Automation Ltd Receives Order Under Section 7 of KGST Act with Rs.20,000 Penalty

Storage Technologies and Automation Ltd has received an order under section 7 of the KGST Act on 18-12-2025 from the GST Department, Karnataka, pertaining to FY 2021-22. The order involves tax of 6,376/-, interest of 4,208/- and penalty of 20,000/-, aggregating to 30,584/. The Company is examining the order and will take appropriate steps as required. This penalty has been imposed in accordance with Section 73(9) Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (‘KGST Act’) and of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (‘CGST Act’).
