Storage Technologies Appoints Independent Directors, Reappoints MD & Chairman

Storage Technologies and Automation Ltd announced key management changes following its 16th Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026. The company's members approved the appointment of three new Independent Directors: Ms. Bhagya M.G., Mr. A. Harsha, and Mr. Mizar Udaya Bhandary, each for a three-year term from September 26, 2026, to September 25, 2029. Additionally, four Whole-Time Directors, Mr. Khasim Sait, Mr. Numaan Khasim, Afzal Hussain, and Syed Azeem, have been re-appointed for a two-year term from November 2, 2026, to November 1, 2028. Mr. Mohammad Arif Abdulgaffar Dor has been re-appointed as Managing Director for the same two-year period. Mr. Hanif Abdul Gaffar Khatri continues as Executive Director and Chairman. These appointments and re-appointments are in line with SEBI Listing Regulations.
