Stove Kraft Reappoints Directors, Approves Q1 FY27 Results

Stove Kraft Limited announced the reappointment of Mr. Anup S Shah as Independent Director for a second five-year term and Mrs. Neha Gandhi as Executive Director for a further five-year term. Both reappointments are subject to shareholder approval. The company's Board of Directors also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue from operations of ₹4,805.83 million and a profit before tax of ₹133.43 million. The results were presented alongside a limited review report from the statutory auditors.
