Stovec Industries Director Resigns Effective July 17, 2026

Sanjeev Singh Sengar has resigned as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director from the Board of Stovec Industries Limited, effective July 17, 2026. This resignation follows his cessation as Chief Financial Officer of SPGPrints B.V., the holding company, as he seeks career opportunities outside the organization. He has also resigned from all board committees of which he was a member. Sengar expressed gratitude to his fellow board members for their cooperation during his tenure and wished the company success in its future endeavors.
