Stovec Industries Ltd Declares 120% Dividend for FY 2025

Stovec Industries Ltd, a subsidiary of SPGPrints B.V., The Netherlands, has declared a dividend of Rs. 12 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (i.e. 120%) for the financial year ended December 31, 2025. The dividend will be paid to the eligible members on or before its due date, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on December 31, 2025 have been approved by the Board of Directors.
