Strides Pharma: Arco Lab Demerger Effective Date is June 1, 2026

Strides Pharma Science Ltd announced that the scheme of demerger involving Arco Lab Private Limited and Pivot Path Private Limited has become effective from June 1, 2026. This follows the NCLT approval granted on May 20, 2026, and the receipt of the certified copy of the NCLT Order on May 25, 2026. The scheme became effective after filing the certified true copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies by Arco Lab and Pivot Path.
