Stylam Industries Ltd. to Sell 27.12% Shares to Aica Kogyo Company, Limited in Two Tranches

Stylam Industries Ltd. has entered into a share purchase agreement (SPA 1) with Aica Kogyo Company, Limited and Mr. Jagdish Gupta to sell 45,96,768 equity shares, representing 27.12% of the company's issued, paid-up and voting share capital. The sale will be executed in two tranches. Additionally, certain promoters of the company, i.e., Seller Group 2, have entered into a separate share purchase agreement (SPA 2) with Aica Kogyo Company, Limited to sell up to 21,82,456 equity shares, representing 12.88% of the company's share capital.
