Jagdish Gupta, Nidhi Gupta, and Saru Gupta, promoters of Stylam Industries Limited, have sold an aggregate of 17,16,240 equity shares, representing 10.13% of the company's paid-up equity share capital. The sale occurred on June 17, 2026, pursuant to a share purchase agreement with Aica Kogyo Company, Limited.
