Subhash Silk Mills Ltd. has announced that the 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The AGM will transact ordinary business, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of a Director. The Company will also appoint Statutory Auditors for 5 consecutive years and an Independent Director for a term of 5 years. The AGM will also consider the appointment of Secretarial Auditors for 5 consecutive years.
