Subros Ltd. Approves Q3 Results, Changes in Nominee and Alternate Directors, and Capacity Addition at Karsanpura, Gujarat

Subros Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The company also announced changes in its board of directors, with Mr. Yusuke Hara resigning as Nominee Director and Mr. Naohisa Kuriyama appointed as his replacement, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Tsunenobu Hori was appointed as an Alternate Director to Mr. Naohisa Kuriyama. The company also approved a postal ballot notice for seeking approval of shareholders for the aforesaid appointment(s). Additionally, Subros Ltd. approved a capacity addition of new local Electric-Compressor and expansion of local ICE-Compressor at its manufacturing unit at Karsanpura, Gujarat.
