Sudarshan Chokhani Re-appointed MD of Sudal Industries for 3 Years

Sudal Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sudarshan Shriram Chokhani as Managing Director for a period of three years, effective September 1, 2026, up to August 31, 2029. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 47th Annual General Meeting. The company also approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The 47th AGM is scheduled for September 26, 2026. Mr. Chokhani is confirmed not to be debarred from holding a director's office by any regulatory authority.
