Sudarshan completes 15.89% stake acquisition for ₹150.76 Cr

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has completed the acquisition of 36,68,036 equity shares, constituting 15.89% of the total share capital, in Sudarshan Colorants India Limited (formerly Heubach Colorants India Limited). The shares were acquired from Sudarshan Europe B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary, for an aggregate consideration of INR 150,75,62,796 (₹150.76 Crore). This transaction is a partial completion of a previously disclosed proposed acquisition of 70.26% of Sudarshan Colorants India Limited, which is a step-down subsidiary. Further updates on the remaining proposed transactions will be reported as per SEBI Listing Regulations.
