526530 Board Approves FY26 Results, Appoints Auditor & CS

The Board of Directors of 526530, in its meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, M/s. B Venkata Chandu and Associates, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, were appointed as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The Board also appointed Ms. Vempala Sri Lakshmi as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective on or before July 31, 2026.
