IIRM Holdings India Ltd to List on NSE on Oct 22

IIRM Holdings India Ltd has received approval from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) for the listing and trading of its equity shares on the NSE platform. The shares will be admitted for trading effective October 22, 2026. The company's equity shares will trade under the symbol 'IIRM' in the 'EQ' series. A total of 69,704,133 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each will be listed. Some shares are subject to lock-in periods until April 15, 2027.
