Sueryaa Knitwear: CFO Resigns, New CFO Appointed

Sueryaa Knitwear Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer role. Ms. Honey Agarwal has resigned from her position as CFO, effective September 18, 2026. The Board of Directors has accepted her resignation. Concurrently, Ms. Snehlata Kaim has been appointed as the new CFO, also effective September 18, 2026, following recommendations from the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Kaim brings a postgraduate degree in Commerce and a computer accounting course, along with expertise in financial matters.
