Sueryaa Knitwear: Shailesh Miyanbazaz Acquires 42.00% of the Company in a Private Deal

Sueryaa Knitwear Ltd: Swaraj Shares and Securities Pvt Ltd have announced that Mr. Shailesh Miyanbazaz has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with the current promoters to acquire 42.00% of the Voting Share Capital. The agreement was signed on April 5, 2024, at INR 710.00 per share for a total amount of INR 21.11 crores (\$.28M). The Securities and Exchange Board of India's (SEBI) regulations require an open offer for the acquisition of up to 26% of the remaining shares at a price determined under the SEBI regulations, which is INR 210.00 per share.
