Sujala Trading Board Approves Directors Report, AGM Notice

Sujala Trading & Holdings Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on September 5, 2026. The Board approved the Directors Report for FY 2025-2026 and the Notice for the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 30, 2026. Key appointments were also approved, including the reappointment of Mr. Subhadeep Mukherjee as Managing Director for three years and the appointment of Mr. Pankaj Jain and Mr. Vipin Shantilal Champawat as Additional Directors (Non-Executive-Independent) for five-year terms, subject to member approval at the AGM. Additionally, Mr. Suprabhat Chakraborty was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor and scrutinizer for the AGM.
