Sukhjit Starch Signs MOU for New Maize Unit, ₹500 Cr CapEx Planned

Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a new, state-of-the-art Maize Processing Unit in Nashik, Maharashtra. The unit will have a maize grind capacity of 1200 TPD for producing Maize Starch and its derivatives, with an estimated capital expenditure of approximately ₹500 Crores. This strategic initiative aims to expand the company's production capacity and strengthen its market presence. Further steps are contingent on receiving a timeline from the State Government for necessary infrastructure.
