Sula Vineyards Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Artisan Spirits Private Limited (ASPL), has completed the acquisition of identified assets from Moët Hennessy India Private Limited (MHIP) for the Domaine Chandon India estate in Dindori, Nashik. The transaction, valued at an aggregate consideration of ₹20 crore (excluding inventory and taxes), was finalized with the execution and registration of a Sale Deed on June 23, 2026. ASPL has paid the initial consideration and taken possession of the land, building, plant, and machinery. The remaining balance consideration, including payment for acquired inventory, amounting to ₹5 crore, is payable within 12 months from the closing date. This acquisition is expected to enhance Sula's wine tourism business and establish an additional destination in Nashik.
