Sumedha Fiscal Services Closes Trading Window July 1

Sumedha Fiscal Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for equity shares. The window will be shut from July 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. During this period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
