Sumeet Industries Revises Q2 FY27 Results Due to Tax Provision Error

Sumeet Industries Ltd has issued a revised integrated financial filing for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026. The revision is due to a typographical error where the tax provision was omitted from the consolidated column. The corrected tax provision amounts to ₹165.31 Lakhs, which has been adjusted in the net profit after tax for both the three-month and six-month periods in the consolidated results. No other changes were made to the financial statements. A revised related party transactions statement has also been enclosed. The company has apologized for any inconvenience caused.
