Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 27, 2026, via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The meeting will cover ordinary business including the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, declaration of dividend, and reappointment of a director retiring by rotation. Special business includes the reappointment of Mr. N.
