Sumuka Agro Industries to Acquire 100% Equity Interest in Arkaa Cluster for INR 35 Crores

Sumuka Agro Industries Limited has entered into a binding term sheet for the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Arkaa Cluster Private Limited. The target entity, Arkaa Cluster, is engaged in the trading business of food products, agro commodities, contract manufacturing of South Indian Namkeens and RTE products, and warehousing and related services for agriculture produce. The acquisition is a strategic diversification into complementary South India agro-food segments, aiming to strengthen Sumuka's market position in health foods and drive growth in South markets.
