Sun Pharma to Present Long-Term Data on UNLOXCYT® at ESMO 2026
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited announced it will present long-term efficacy and safety results for UNLOXCYT® (cosibelimab-ipdl) at the ESMO Congress on October 24, 2026. The data pertains to advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (aCSCC) from the pivotal CK-301-101 trial. UNLOXCYT®, approved by the FDA in 2024, is an immune checkpoint inhibitor for adults with mCSCC or laCSCC not eligible for curative surgery or radiation. The presentation will include updated results showing a significant percentage of patients achieving complete response (CR) and a consistent, favorable tolerability profile with low rates of high-grade immune-related adverse events (irAEs).
