Sun TV Network Ltd. to Consider Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26 in March 2026 Board Meeting

Sun TV Network Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 6th March, 2026, to consider and approve the Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 27th February 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
