Sundaram Brake Linings: FY26 Dividend of ₹0.65/Share

Sundaram Brake Linings Ltd's board approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. A dividend of ₹0.65 per share (6.5%) was recommended, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Shrikirti Mahesh was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent). Mr. Pradeep Kumar Nath was appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. M/s. Sundaram & Srinivasan were appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee was reconstituted.
