Sundaram Brake Recommends ₹0.65 Dividend for FY26

Sundaram Brake Linings Ltd has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.65 per share (6.5%) on the face value of ₹10 per share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The board of directors also approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, Ms. Shrikirti Mahesh was appointed as an Additional Director, and Mr. Pradeep Kumar Nath was appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. M/s. Sundaram & Srinivasan were appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27.
