Sundaram Clayton Reports Growth in EBITDA and PAT, Launches Smart Mega Casting Facility in Chennai

Sundaram Clayton Limited (SCL) reported a revenue of Rs. 2,109.14 Crores for the financial year 2024-25, an improvement from Rs. 2,096.97 Crores in 2023-24. The company's operating EBITDA for the year improved to 13.44% from 12.78% over the last year. Profit before tax for the year ended March 2025 is at Rs. 306.08 Crores, including a net exceptional gain of Rs. 196.69 Crores, and Profit after tax stands at Rs. 257.92 Crores. SCL launched a state-of-the-art mega die-casting facility at Thervoy Kandigai Plant (TKP), Chennai, integrating High Pressure, Low Pressure, and Gravity Die Casting cells with a comprehensive finished machining facility. The smart factory features advanced robotic manufacturing cells, automated storage and retrieval systems, and autonomous mobile robots, creating a fully digital manufacturing ecosystem.
