Sundaram Finance Ltd to hold 73rd AGM on July 22, 2026

Sundaram Finance Ltd has announced that its 73rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted on July 22, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will address ordinary business, including the approval of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a final dividend of ₹24 per share. This brings the total dividend for FY26 to ₹40 per share. The AGM will also see the re-election of retiring directors Mr. Harsha Viji and Mr. Rajiv C. Lochan. The record date for dividend eligibility is July 6, 2026, with payment expected on or after July 23, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from July 17 to July 21, 2026.
