Sungold Capital Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Sungold Capital Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the declaration of its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are declared. This measure, in compliance with SEBI regulations, prohibits trading by promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives during this period. The date of the board meeting to consider these results will be intimated separately.
