Sungold Media Board Approves FY26 Report, Sets AGM Date

Sungold Media and Entertainment Ltd's Board of Directors convened on June 5, 2026, approving the Board of Directors Report and Management Discussion and Analysis for FY 2025-2026. The company announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 30, 2026. A cut-off date of June 23, 2026, and book closure from June 24-30, 2026, were set for AGM eligibility.
