Sunil Agro Foods: Internal Auditors Appointed for FY27

Sunil Agro Foods Ltd. has appointed internal auditors for the financial year 2026-27, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 27, 2026, where the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. Additionally, Mr. Pramod Kumar Jain was re-appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Director for a further period of 3 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. B Shantial resigned as Managing Director.
