Sunita Tools Appoints Satish Kumar Pandey as MD

Sunita Tools Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Satish Kumar Pandey as the Managing Director of the company, effective September 30, 2026. This appointment follows the expiry of his previous term and is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Pandey, a promoter with over three decades of experience in the Moulds and Dies Industry, has been associated with the company since October 1, 1993. The Board also approved remuneration for Whole Time Directors Mr. Sanjay Kumar Pandey and Ms. Ragini Pandey, also subject to shareholder approval. The board meeting took place on September 30, 2026.
