Trading Window Closure for Sunraj Diamond Exports Ltd until December 2025 Quarterly Results

Sunraj Diamond Exports Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for December 2025 from 1st January 2026 until the expiry of the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the public declaration of the financial results. Insiders are advised not to deal in the shares of the company during this closure.
