Swarna Malhotra Acquires 242 Shares of Sunshield Chemicals

Swarna Malhotra, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) including Indus Petrochem Limited, Coppersmith Energies and Project Private Limited, Sudhir Malhotra, and Jeet Malhotra, has disclosed an acquisition of 242 equity shares of Sunshield Chemicals Limited. The acquisition was made through the open market. Following this transaction, the total holding of Swarna Malhotra and PACs in Sunshield Chemicals Limited stands at 58,53,917 shares, representing 66.56% of the total share capital. The total diluted share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 8,79,48,360.
