Sunteck Realty Sets Dividend Record Date for FY26

Sunteck Realty Ltd has announced that Thursday, September 17, 2026, has been fixed as the record date for determining shareholders' entitlement to receive dividends for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This dividend, if approved by the members at the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be subject to tax deduction at source. The AGM is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing.
