Super Bakers India Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held today, has decided to convene the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders will have the facility for remote e-voting from September 18 to September 20, 2026. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Parth B. Thakkar and Ms. Rajkumari R. Udhwani as Additional Directors (Non-Executive & Independent), effective September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Kashyap R Mehta & Partners were approved as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years starting from FY 2026-27.
