Super Sales India Appoints M/s S Krishnamoorthy & Co as Statutory Auditors

Super Sales India Ltd has appointed M/s S Krishnamoorthy & Co, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors. This decision was approved by shareholders at the 44th Annual General Meeting held on July 20, 2026. The appointment is for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2026-27 and concluding with the financial year 2030-31. This change follows the retirement of the previous auditors, M/s Subbachar & Srinivasan, who completed two consecutive five-year terms. M/s S Krishnamoorthy & Co is a Coimbatore-based firm with over five decades of experience in audit, taxation, and compliance services.
