Super Spinning Mills Ltd held its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 28, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting was conducted in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) circulars. Key directors, including Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Sumanth Ramamurthi, were present. The company secretary and CFO also attended. Statutory auditors and secretarial auditors were present. A total of 56 members, representing 2,43,53,086 equity shares, participated.
