Superhouse Ltd Closes Trading Window in Accordance with SEBI Regulations

Superhouse Limited has announced the closure of its trading window from 01-04-2026 to 03-06-2026, or till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure applies to Directors, Officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives, as well as persons with contractual and fiduciary relationships with the company, such as auditors, law firms, analysts, and consultants. General investors are not affected by this closure and trading will remain open for them.
