Superhouse Ltd. Closes Trading Window Pursuant to SEBI Regulations

Superhouse Limited has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is effective from 1% January, 2026 to 16 February, 2026, or till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31 December, 2025. The closure applies to Directors, Officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives, as well as persons with contractual and fiduciary relationships with the company, such as auditors, law firms, analysts, and consultants. The trading window remains open for general investors.
