Superhouse Ltd Pays Fine for One-Day Delay in Annual Report Submission

Superhouse Ltd, a Government of India recognized Export Trading House, has paid a fine of Rs. 2,360/- for a one-day delay in submitting its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st March 2025 to BSE Limited. The report was both dispatched to shareholders and submitted to BSE on 28th August 2025, but was considered delayed by one day. The fine has been paid without prejudice to the company’s compliant position. The company also confirmed the completion of dispatch of the Notice of Annual General Meeting along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-2025 to the public shareholders.
