Superior Finlease gets 3-month AGM extension

Superior Finlease Ltd has received a three-month extension from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, to convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The extension, granted until December 31, 2026, was approved by the ROC on September 25, 2026, following an application by the company. The grounds for the extension cited the expiry of the current Statutory Auditor's term and the need to appoint a new auditor. The exact date of the AGM will be finalized by the Board of Directors and communicated to the stock exchanges in due course.
