Superior Finlease Ltd Closes Trading Window for Audited Financial Results

Superior Finlease Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is in connection with the announcement of the audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the audited Financial Results. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course. All Designated Persons, including Directors and designated employees, and their immediate relatives are advised not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
