Supershakti Metaliks Appoints New Director, CFO, and Auditor

Supershakti Metaliks Ltd announced key management and auditor changes following a board meeting on July 31, 2026. Mrs. Ayushi Khaitan has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a five-year term starting August 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sandeep Khanna has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Deepak Agarwal has been re-designated from Non-Executive Director to Chairman cum Non-Executive Director, effective July 31, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of M/s. S K Agrawal and Co. Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, commencing after the upcoming 14th Annual General Meeting. The 14th AGM is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
