Supershakti Metaliks Board Approves Key Appointments and Auditor

Supershakti Metaliks Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 31, 2026, unanimously approved several key decisions. These include the appointment of Mrs. Ayushi Khaitan as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a five-year term starting August 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sandeep Khanna has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Deepak Agarwal has been re-designated from Non-Executive Director to Chairman cum Non-Executive Director, effective July 31, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of M/s. S K Agrawal and Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, commencing after the 14th AGM. The 14th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
