Supershakti Metaliks Ltd has announced that its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM at its registered office in Kolkata. The meeting agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of a 5% dividend, reappointment of Mr. Deepak Agarwal as Director, appointment of M/s S K Agrawal and Co. as Statutory Auditors, and appointment of Mrs. Ayushi Khaitan as an Independent Director. The notice for the AGM, along with the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, will be sent to members whose names appear in the Register of Members by August 28, 2026.
