Supertex Industries re-appoints Piyush Patel as Independent Director for 5 years

Supertex Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Piyush Patel as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years. The re-appointment, effective from June 30, 2027, to June 29, 2032, was approved by the company's members at the 40th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Patel brings over 18 years of experience in the chemical field, including imports & exports, and overall marketing and sales of various polymers.
