The rights issue of 21739130 Rights Equity Shares will open on March 20, 2026, and close on March 27, 2026. The record date for the rights issue is March 12, 2026. The rights issue price is ₹ 323 per Rights Equity Share. The company has made necessary arrangements with NSDL and CDSL for credit of REs in the respective demat account of the eligible equity shareholders. The renunciation can be done using the secondary market platform of the Stock Exchanges or through an off-market transfer within the timelines mentioned in the table. The company will file a Letter of Offer with BSE Limited.
