The restructuring includes consolidation of Mexico operations, relocation of Suprajit Canada to a larger facility, and rightsizing of Suprajit Germany GmbH (SGG). These measures aim to streamline SCD’s global operations, enhance customer service, and improve cost efficiency. The total expense for these measures is expected to be around ~$500K for Mexico operations, ~€1.1M for SGG rightsizing, with an estimated annual savings of ~$750K and ~€850K respectively.
